We got a call back right away and scheduled a time to get an estimate. We had the work done a few months later. The crew arrived right on time and did just what we had asked. They came back on the second day to do the second coat. There were some small areas of issue but we didn't bring them up. For example the polyurethane appeared to drip or spatter in a few places that you can see if you look at it with the right angle. The sander also took off the corner of the floor tile around the fireplace and left a rounded edge. However they did a great job fixing some stains that were previously on the floor. Everyone commented on how nice they looked and they were in pretty rough shape previously.
