SN CLEANING SERVICES

We hired this company in 2005, they were very good. During the last year, the people that we believed to be the owners have disappeared. New cleaners started to come to my home. Communication was difficult since English was not the first language. Other companies appear to have branched out of the cleaning service. Telephone calls to the multitude of numbers that I have for them are either disconnected or I leave messages and nobody returns the calls. They damaged my stove and bathtub due to carelessness. They tried to re-glaze my tub only to make it worse.

I found this cleaning service through a friend. A man would come through with 2 cleaning ladies, drop them off with all the supplies they would need, and the 2 women would clean furiously for about 2 hours. They did a great job cleaning everything, and even made little roses on the top and tissues when you came home - like a hotel. It was always such a please to be in my house after they were there.

They threw away my gloves. They were laying around in my house and they threw them in the trash. They weren't very expensive and they did an ok job. I have only used them once. I would recommend them.

The cleaning was always punctual, careful and thorough. Communications were clear and professional.

They do a really good job. I have been using them for a while and I always feel a sense of clean after they have been here. They always show up at the same time and are done before I get home.
