It went very well over all. I called Gary at 10:00 am on a Saturday, and he was there 2 hours later to do the estimate. It's a rental unit, so he coordinated with the tenant to do the install, which was flawless. Gary is a little hard of hearing, so speak up!

Gary was quick to schedule a time to come over and see the project. Then faxed me a quote within a day. I shopped around for other quotes and all were around the same price. He was prompt, courteous, professional and did excellent work. The project did not cover any refinishing of any plaster or paint. Due to the removal of the existing glass, but the touch up work was minimal. Gary did an excellent job!
