worked with one of their agents, James Marsden, on the purchase of our 1st home. he was very responsive (answered emails/phone calls immediately), willing to look at properties evenings and weekends. answered all of our questions. He advocated well for us during negotiations and in the end we got our place at a very good price . He definitely guided us very well through the entire process. We also were connected w/mortgage broker, inspector, and lawyer through Charlesgate and were very pleased with everyone.
