Rubil was fast to contact me back, and show up to analyze the project. He immediately diagnosed that the contractor who installed the unit two years ago, didn't do something correct, and fixed it. ROYAL COMFORT came; identified the problem as a blown capacitor; replaced it; and conducted routine maintenance to ensure that the drain pan was angled correctly and that the drain pipes were clear. Excellent service for an acceptable price!
