Florists
Looks can sometimes be deceiving, and that is the case with Romano Florist. The shop does not have the look of a typical modern florist - balloons, cards, and FTD displays everywhere. Romano's, by comparison, is very simple, almost spartan. The first time I walked in I thought, "Geez, I don't think I'm going to get what I want here." Boy, was I wrong. My first purchase was so terrific that I've been a loyal customer ever since - 5 years and counting. Angie, the nice lady who owns and operates the shop, is a floral expert who will recommend the best flowers for your needs and then put together an incredible arrangement for you. On top of all that the prices can't be beat. Romano's bouquets are always $10-15 less than you expect them to be. The one thing to look out for is that Romano's does not take credit cards - cash or check only. Maybe that's how they can afford to create such terrific arrangements at such a low cost. Get your flowers from Romano's - you won't be disappointed!
