An absolute ripoff, one of the worst experiences with a vendor I\'ve ever had. We hired them in June 2009 because we wanted to get rid of the squirrels in our attic, We were given a quote for $1250 which was to include removing the existing squirrels, plugging holes, trimming back trees, and also checking for a leak in the exterior of the house that had been spotted during their examination.Ultimately the job cost us $1725, because they kept adding charges as the job went along. During the job, they cut the third floor cable line, requiring us to get Comcast out for repair, without even an apology let alone any offer to take any responsibility for the error. To plug the squirrel holes, they removed a few pieces of fascia, sprayed hardening foam insulation in the holes, and replaced the fascia. Within 2 months the fascia had fallen off as it was carelessly replaced and the squirrels had eaten through the insulation. We were $1725 poorer with absolutely no benefit to show for it. The crowning moment was when I was writing the final check and complained about how much the price had risen over the quoted amount, to which Mr. Rogers replied "You're white. You have money". I do not exaggerate. I only wish I had sued this jerk a couple of years ago. It's probably too late now.
