Tom and the guys were great. One of my few good experiences with contractors. The job took about 7 days to complete and they showed up everyday at 8:30 am. The whole crew were very nice and were very responsible. During the course of drilling the holes in the siding, an electrical box was damaged. Right after it happened my door bell rang and I was told of the incident and it was taken care of within the day. After the install was done (and after the siding was put back), Tom walked around the house with the infrared gun making sure that no areas were missed in the wall cavities. He did find a couple, and he had his workers out the following Monday to remove the necessary siding and fill the areas that got missed. In the end I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
