Dr. Bazari is one of the most knowledgeable and competent nephrologists in the area. He is not only a gentleman, but also a gentle man. He is caring and listens to everything his patients tell him. That is why the punctuality was never an issue for me. I knew that when my father needed to really talk to him, Dr. Bazari would put aside any time needed to ensure that his patient's questions/concerns were addressed. My father was a very complicated medical case, and Dr. Bazari rose to the occasion and always considered the "whole picture" before he ordered any new procedures/medications, etc. And, his CAPD staff were wonderful. There were a group of wonderful women (nurses, dieticians, social workers, etc.) who were like family because we relied upon them day after day. Any time my father was hospitalized, they were right there in the ER advocating for him and guiding me. One of his nurses happened to be at his house on St. Patrick's day and even helped him to cook a boiled Irish dinner, even though it wasn't on his kidney diet. Ironically, a year later, he died in his house on St. Patrick's Day, and not from kidney failure. I highly recommend Dr. Bazari. He is a wonderful man and a phenomenal doctor. His staff are wonderful. He is definitely worth the wait.
