Remodel Boston

We had Noah and the guys at Remodel Boston do a small remodel for us over the summer.  We had a small bathroom remodeled, with the addition of a full shower, and two rooms lightly remodeled (some new interior walls, closet remodel).  Overall, we were pleased with the work the guys did, and they were really a pleasure to work with.  The job went long, due to some changes that I requested during the process, but they were very flexible about the changes and the additional work.  
There were a few issues that arose as the project progressed, and some of the work had to be re-done.  Even so, there were no problems with having that done, and they addressed any issues that we had during the project.  Some of the tile work in the new shower was a little rough, but overall it turned out well and we're quite happy with the end product.
Most important, they really were a pleasure to work with, and have around the house on a regular basis during the project.  Also, we got 4 different quotes for the work (with a really shocking range of pricing), and Remodel Boston were the most competitive quote by far.  I'd certainly recommend them to anyone else, and we'd be more than happy to use them again for any projects in the future.

This summer my husband and I decided to embark on a kitchen and 2.5 bathroom remodel. A daunting task made even more overwhelming by the fact that I had zero idea what I was doing and have a serious case of OCD.
Remodel Boston was a godsend. The price was right and they were so patient and thorough about everything. I'm big on closed loop communication and these guys were the consummate professionals. From Stephanie, the office manager, to Josh the project manager and John our main carpenter - we were constantly talking to one another. I even had access to Noah, the company president when it was necessary. I might add that on a day when they were short handed and needed someone to come collect construction debris, Noah showed up with his shirt sleeves rolled up and helped his crew schlep stuff to the dump truck.
They did great work and referred me to wonderful tile and stone vendors. The rare times that we hit a snag (what renovation doesn't), they worked so fast to rectify the issues. I also gave them a very strict deadline, and when it looked like we were cutting it close, they sent in crews to work on Saturday and Sunday. The ended up finishing 2 days in advance.
Finally, they dropped off a thank you gift for us a few weeks after we closed for and quot;being so great to work withand quot;. I felt ashamed to accept it as it really should have been the other way around. We are thrilled with the final result and can't recommend them highly enough.

Let me just start by saying that Noah and his Remodel Boston crew are the only contractors that I will EVER use for many reasons but I don't want to bore you so here are just a few...
- They may know their stuff but they also want their clients to know THEIR stuff too. If you care to know (and ask lots of questions like I do) - they will give you an answer. I firmly believe that becoming an educated homeowner is one of the keys to being satisfied with your renovation.
- They are not only knowledgable in every area of renovation and construction but they also care about their customers more than their bottom line. You would be hard pressed to find any other company out there, let alone a construction company, with such an outstanding service model.
- Can't forget about price now can we? After shopping around when I first moved to the area I found that Remodel Boston has some of the best rates around among PROFESSIONAL renovation companies - I'm not talking about Joe down the street that says he knows how to install your dishwasher and will do it for 50 bucks.
- All joking aside, when I say they are professional I mean it. Noah and his team have always been honest and upfront with me every step of the way and have always done everything by-the-book. Every renovation has been completed as planned with the work passing the highest of standards.
You will not find a better group of skilled people to help you realize your renovation vision.

I really like Noah and all the guys at Remodel Boston.  After having companies that seemed to charge just to think about your project, Noah and his team were committed to really thinking through the problem, doing good work and sticking to a reasonable quote.  I was most impressed with Noah's investment in the company.  Even though this was a small job, he came out to do a site visit to see how the work was progressing.  The quality of the work was excellent.  Due to some personnel turnover at Remodel Boston we had a small delay in our project, but I was always confident that the work was going to be completed with great care.  Their contract is very comprehensive, which is especially great for small jobs.  Also, they have a one-year warranty on their work, which we appreciated as well.
