She is extremely knowledgeable, very energetic, very personable and very thorough. She stayed in contact even after the sales was made. She made follow up to make sure that everything was okay. She is a great person. We got into a bidding war were there were fixers stuff and a family sitting on this particular home. She helped us navigate the bidding process. We ended up winning the home.
Her price is actually low because when you use Redfin you get a rebate after you close. They give you back some of the commission. If it were a traditional broker, you would not see any of that money. But Redfin is a company that does give that and it was substantial, it was about $8000.
