RDK WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY NEIGHBOR. DAN REQUIRED FREQUENT CALLS TO COME SINCE HE COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. HE DIDN'T COME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND DIDN'T CALL TO FOLLOW UP AND TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED WHEN HE DID (HE CALLED MY NEIGHBOR INSTEAD). TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, HE LEFT ME THE BILL WITHOUT A DETAILED BREAKDOWN, FAILED TO RETURN MY CALL ASKING FOR MORE DETAIL AND THEN TOOK ME TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR NOT PAYING WHEN I DIDN'T PAY BECAUSE HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL! (WE SETTLED WHEN I SHOWED HIM THAT I HAD PHONE RECORDS OF ME CALLING HIM AFTER HE DELIVERED THE INVOICE). INCREDIBLE! I WOULD OBVIOUSLY NEVER USE HIM AGAIN.
