The worst I have ever seen. Dishonest & deceptive. They do not respond or know what they are doing. All the way up to John Cabral - District Manager, this place is bad business. I am currently taking them to court for thousands of dollars that they lied and cheated me out of due to improperly locking my interest rate. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

My experience with them went extremely well.  Christina Longo handled it.  She handled front to back the entire mortgage and all the options that we had.  She was not only able to get us a great rate, but give us options on rolling the PMI into the interest rates.  She also made sure that everything was done in a timely manner.  One of the challenges around in giving the mortgage is making sure that if you have new situations pop up or new permutations of what you are thinking of happens.  They can run numbers for you, they can get results from you and they can get paper work done very quickly.  The process was relatively painless; as painless as it could be possibly be.  They were on top of the paper work that I needed and made sure that it got done.  They over communicated and were literally minute to minute responsive.  In fact Christina was able to get the letter for offer to guarantee the amount that we were eligible for as she was coming off her plane for her vacation.  That was a tremendous effort.  We paid a $600 mortgage origination fee as part of the transaction.
