Pro Solutions Bath & Boiler

Removed the old (30+ year) chimney-vented furnace and sealed up the exhaust pipe into the chimney.  Installed a highly efficient state of the art "Triangle Tube" wall-mounted, externally-vented boiler and all new hot water piping to 5 antique radiators and 1 baseboard radiator, improving the overall heating of the apartment. Tested the system and got it inspected/approved by City of Somerville.

I'm always having them over. They do my plumbing and fixed my heater when it broke. They're very personable. They're awesome. I got them from Angie's List. I was one of his first three customers and he respects that. They're very good at their work. They are quick and clean. Their work is pretty good. The prices are fair. He's come out at the drop of a hat for me, and that's pretty good. One Christmas Eve, I couldn't get my heater going, and he came out to my house at 9:00 at night.

Elijah is prompt, thorough, cares about his work, cares about his customers, cares about his craftsmanship, and leaves a clean  basement when he is done. He tells you what all your options are and makes good recommendations. When I met Jamie recently, he is also prompt, thorough, and caring.
Cheap? Nope. You want to find out what's REALLY expensive? Hiring a cheap plumber, and then having to hire a good one later to undo everything and do it right. It is soooo much better to get a great plumber from the get-go and have it done once, done correctly and with good sense. Elijah and Jamie from Pro Solutions are the real deal. I recommend them to all my friends.

As I said above, they do awesome work! Very neat and always clean up when they finish. Their prices can not be beat, and trust me , I shopped around due to the amount of work to be done this time. No one came close to their estimate. One company wanted $3700.00!!! Everyone that I have come in contact with at Pro Solutions Bath and Boiler has been honest, dedicated to their finished work, hard working and friendly.

We had a number of estimates for our conversion job, we wanted to get a thorough understanding of our options, and the best advice available as regards how to handle the situation. Every plumber we saw was plenty professional and polite (thanks Angies List!) but Elijah from Pro Solutions stood out, in a big way. Elijah had a genuine sense of enthusiasm for the work, that we didn't get from the other guys, and that enthusiasm turned into exactly the detailed, thorough, and comprehensive review, with clear unbiased explanations of pros and cons, that we were looking for.

We ultimately made our decision, and booked our time. Elijah gave great information about the rebates and discounts available to us, and patiently guided us through the whole process online. The evening before the installation, we received a confirmation/reminder email, and Elijah and Jamie arrived right on time the next morning. Our house, (a 1900 colonial with a mixed history of repairs) was not, not even remotely kind to them. Yet, they remained phenomenally cool and professional throughout the entire project.

A few days later, the job was done, the basement was clean, and a shiny new gas furnace resides in it's new home. Not only was their estimate one of the most competitive we received, but the standard of their workmanship is absolutely impeccable. They did a great job of making everything extremely easy for us.

These guys are absolutely outstanding at not only their plumbing, but also their customer service. We'll absolutely be hiring them again. No doubt about it.

I called a larger plumbing company for an issue with my shower that was causing the water to continue to flow even when in the off position. They were not going to be able to come out for a few days but recommended that I try Elijah at Pro Solutions. I am very glad that they did. Elijah came by the Sunday night it happened, corrected what he could without parts and returned the next day with the parts when the stores opened on Monday and was able to complete the project. He had parts for several types of showers in his truck but mine was not a standard type which is why he had to wait for the parts. While he was fixing that issue, I also asked if he could fix the hot/cold water for the shower. Whoever had installed the unit installed it with the water reversed. He quickly corrected that issue as well!
He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, I now have my go to person for all plumbing items!

On 12/24/2010 Elijah came out but it was so late and with the holiday, he would not be able to get the piece he needed. He got my burner lit and we had heat all that night but it stopped Christmas morning. I didn't want to disturb him being Christmas and all, so I waiting until Sunday morning. This man was with his family and in-laws in New Hampshire, but still took me as a priority! He called one of the retailers who opened the store for him so he could purchase the part. (Gas valve) He came within minutes of getting the piece and repaired it in no time. This company has given me the best service I have ever received since becoming a home owner. I'm glad I finally found a company I will be using in the future. They really care about their customers. I will definitely be passing their name by word of mouth, starting here.
