Patty did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. She has a lot of experience, thorough knowledge of the local market and a great network of contacts. She managed the process and handled all the details very efficiently, professionally, and patiently. I was at a very busy point at work and often distracted but I never had to worry about the complexities and demands of selling our property because she was always there, right on time making sure everything that needed to happen did and giving great advice. I really felt at ease and had complete confidence in her.
