Otto was very easy to work with in setting up a quick move. His movers were on time, professional, knew their business. They were prepared and got the job done quickly and safely including doing 2 dropoffs. We would use Otto's Moving and Storage again for sure.

I had an interstate move from Boston to Chicago. Otto and his crew gave me the best moving experience I've ever had. Otto is friendly, answers promptly, and offers the most competitive pricing in the area. His crew Luis and Gabriel were outstanding in their professionalism. They worked as fast as they could while taking care to prepare and wrap all furniture properly. They thought out how to pack the truck for our 2 destinations and had individual stickers to construct an inventory. Otto's earned my highest recommendation.

This is a lovely company to do business with. They were efficient, reasonable and professional from quoting and scheduling the job to following up after completion. The guys who moved us worked incredibly hard and consulted with us all along the move. They were happy to even change a few things that didn't work out space-wise. I will be hiring them again the next time I move for sure!

We had the most incredible out-of-state moving experience with Otto s and couldn t possibly recommend this company more. Otto is a fabulous and patient communicator, answering any and all questions in a timely manner. His prices are extraordinarily competitive for very high quality service. The on-site team was prompt, careful and efficient on both ends. Otto honestly took the stress out of moving, and I will forever recommend this company to friends/family moving in and out of MA.

Everything went nice and smooth! They arrived on time, worked hard, I moved out from a 4th floor apartment with no elevator, lots of boxes and a few furniture, they handle everything very good, I would recommend to everybody!

I wish I could give 20 stars to these people,I was lucky enough to find Otto’s moving and storage! They do not share delivery orders, nor do they subcontract, everything is personally done by them. Otto and Gabriel are the best people I’ve ever had to deal with. Easy to deal with and thoroughly reliable to work with. When it comes to moving, They were extremely careful with my property, making sure that all glass was safe and handled carefully, all furniture was wrapped by hand and they left no question unanswered and all of my concerns satisfactorily resolved and explained. They explain everything, no hidden costs, no hidden or added fees, and before they take the job they make sure everything is clearly explained and understood. When my moving date was delayed twice, they rearranged their schedule to meet my needs right up to the minute. When they reached their destination they made sure that I was notified and very satisfied with their work. They actually worked with me and they were very patient as the time for Moving came up. They kept in constant communication both by email and personally by phone, making sure everything went smoothly for me. As for pricing they are very affordable, and very willing to negotiate and work with me to save money on a move.
