"Please note we were not employed by this person. We were hired by the City of Boston's DND department to perform selective work which we completed to code and professionally. There was a question about the roof and a basement door which later was inspected favorably by an independent home inspector retained by the City of Boston. The homeowner who resided in this property at the time of our performing services was the complaint's father who became seriously ill and later passed away recently. We were asked to complete the work left and agreed if the Power of Attorney (Member) would re-negotiate terms, including signing off on a payment requisition due to us for work completed to date which has not been done even after the City of Boston's representative contacted her on Monday, February 18, 2013, verifying the results from the inspection that was performed. We honor all work that is done by our company and assure that anything that we may fall short on and will be rectified, however, this is not the case with this project. Feel free to contact Bob Langton at 617-635-0630 or at [email protected] to verify our work."
