He is always very polite and honest which we appreciate. He always gets the job done and the service is always excellent. He is also available at flexible hours which we appreciate.

We have used Naeem for several jobs over the years, and are always pleased. He is effective, prompt, and his prices are fair. We'd recommend him without reservation for any service he provides.

the navien was under warranty for parts.  
he came and replaced a part and that did not fix the issue.  He, then, contacted navien and confirmed with them that we needed a whole new machine.  
we paid him for the original work ,  he subtracted that cost from the final cost of putting in the replacement 
Once we got a hold of him, he was responsive

Technician was on time, made the repairs in short order at an excellent reasonable price.

We had a problem with our water heater. Thankfully, it ended up not being serious. However, it happened at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night and we needed someone to come in urgently to avoid a bigger problem. Naeem (I believe he is the owner) picked up the phone when we called and mentioned he would be here exactly in 45 minutes (and we tried calling 6! different companies prior to that in our area and despite of them offering urgent service there was no response, Naeem is the only one who answered). Naeem came right on time, was extremely polite and professional, inspected everything, took time to explain and look into the issue and ultimately helped us to resolve a problem (which could have been something worse). Now, that's emergency service and we are very pleased overall. Thank you!

He said he'd show up in the afternoon, he showed up on the late afternoon early evening side, okay, we were just happy he was there.  But then he came unprepared to do the whole job.  He didn't bring the right kinds of pipes (pvc), so he could only do one outdoor faucet.  Okay, we were happy he could do one.  He worked in the basement and outside while we were inside, I asked him to let me know when he was done.  I haven't seen him since.  He left, didn't let us know.  He scheduled another time to come out to finish the job, he didn't show up,  and we couldn't wait any longer.  We left him a message about a refrigerator issue, he then left us a message that  he'd come over this morning (no time frame, just the morning).  We left him a message that said we needed to leave by 11:20.  No response.  So we took the morning off and haven't seen him.  Three strikes for us, so we're done.  I think he tries to fit us in between jobs and in the end, he's just unreliable.  It says on his website that he offers emergency service.  Really?  If it fits into his schedule?  We will pay him what is owed for one faucet  (which was done really well, btw, we think, but he never walked us through the work!) and we will NEVER use him again.  Such a shame.
