It went well.. work done quickly and cleanly Price was better than most quoted. Charged extra for use of credit card.

It was expensive, but very worth while. They did a great job. The job was totally customized and when the town inspector came to look at it, he said it was the best job he'd ever seen. The system is so well done that I have no worries in in-climate weather.

Robert and his crew were always punctual and responsive for the most part.  He didn't provide the cheapest estimate (second least expensive of six I think), but he did, however provide the most professional service and a presentation I trusted.  He happily wrote a number of estimates so we could see all of our options.  He started the work a little later than we originally scheduled, but it was understandable due to the winter we had last year.  He went with the flow when I asked him after he'd started the work to put in a vent pipe for a bathroom vent we eventually want to install.

Worst ice dam issue I have ever seen.  They came right out and did a great job clearing the ice.

During our record breaking winter, Mr Iceman began with snow removal and ice dam control.This is a large residential building, three story's high in a densely populated area of the city.
He reassessed the damages in early spring and worked with me regarding the best course to take for
The long term. My final decision was to replace the complete roof, remove the unused chimneys,
Replace the skylights with an extended pitch for more light and use a more eco friendly solar product.
Because of the ice dams and the location of the gutters and drains and the predictable lack of sun
during the winter months, he reconfigured and expanded the drank for optimal use.
I highly recommend this service and would recommend to any one.

Robert of Mr. Iceman is very businesslike yet personable and easy to work with. He presented me with a very detailed, itemized, typed estimate of the work ahead of time. He offered options in several categories and let me make the final decision on the products to be used. He did not try to sell me the most expensive, and he explained all options so that I would understand the advantages. All the way through the process, he acted in the most professional manner, calling or emailing to advise me of the progress in the work (I was not at the site, so I appreciated the updates). Also, we ran into some weather delays, and he always notified me of when they would have to stop work and when they projected to start again based on weather reports. Five stars for communication! As the work was going on, he texted me photographs from the top of the roof showing different stages of the project as it was ongoing. This was very helpful as the work was being done at another building I own and not at my home. The completed work was done to my satisfaction. Pleasant, friendly work crew. I would definitely recommend them.

We had just bough the house (pre 1900) and gutted the 2nd and 3rd floors.  Part of the project was to take down one of the chimneys.  That was the initial scope - take down the chimney and repair the roof.  Once we gutted the 2nd and 3rd floors, it became evident that there were issues with the roof - we could see daylight in many areas.  I asked Robert to inspect everything and let me know what he thought.  He gave me two options:  patch it now and call him in 2 or 3 years or fix it right.  Thankfully we were able to have The Iceman fix it right.  This is the middle of January (granted, not the coldest winter, but still 30 feet off the ground in January...) and these guys were the first ones on site every day and the last ones to leave.  Just awesome.  I can't say enough about the quality, thoroughness and attention to detail.  They will be back for any future roof work that we may need. 

My house is very old and required alot of work. The previous roofer who repaired a constant leak did not fix the problem. It has been over a month with some very heavy rain storms and everything is has been fine since Mr. Iceman Co. did the job. I was very pleased that the owner, Robert Pierce was on the job every day. Before I signed a contract he gave me a very detailed estimate as to what the work entailed and the products he would be using. He also gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to just repair the side of the roof with the bad leak as opposed to doing the entire job. I decided it was best to do it all and get it done right. All areas were cleaned up completely at the end of the job.
