First of all, do not work with Eric Heinrich if you want a professional, well managed loan process. I can't speak for the rest of the officers but Eric is very condescending. I will give him some credit. He was excellent when we were shopping around for rates. Once we signed on, however, communication was lacking. At one point, I emailed him a few questions about the process and he started his response with: "As we already talked about the other day..." OK, I get that you probably already told me, but the loan process can be confusing and I am not going to remember all the details. No need to be rude about it. Then, his company made several mistakes on our paperwork including losing paperwork and asking for proof of deposits that never existed. When we called to address the issues, I spoke with a woman named Lacey and she told me that I had to speak with Eric. I told her to have Eric or a manager call right away since the deadline was fast approaching. Instead, Eric sent a very rude email and never once apologized for the 6 errors created by their company. I yet again requested that he call, but he didn't. This is the guy that we are entrusting with our home mortgage! Finally, I requested that a manager call me. Instead, he emailed me the name of the manager and didn't provide a phone number. Yet again, I emailed him and asked for the manager to call me. This is when things perked up. The manager was Rosella was excellent. She deserves 5+ stars for the way she handled the situation. If I had dealt with her from day 1, I probably wouldn't have any issues. However, Eric has made this experience so terrible, I can not recommend this company to anyone. It's a shame for him and Mortgage Master too, because I am at the age where most of my friends are getting married and buying homes. Sorry, no referrals from me.
