THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, OUR ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 4-6 WEEKS, IT ENDED UP TAKING OVER 10 WEEKS TO GET THE COUCH. THEY GAVE US A 25% DISCOUNT BECAUSE AFTER 7 WEEKS, THEY TOLD US THE COUCH WE ORDERED WASN'T AVAILABLE. IT TURNED OUT IT WAS AVAILABLE BUT THEY GAVE THE DISCOUNT ANYWAY FOR OUR TROUBLE. DELIVERY WAS A FIASCO- THEY HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DELIVER. THE GUYS THAT CAME TOLD US THE COUCH SIMPLY COULDN'T FIT IN OUR APARTMENT, THEY LEFT IT IN OUR HALLWAY AFTER WE ALL GAVE UP. WE GOT IT IN OURSELVES THROUGH THE SAME ENTRANCE THAT THEY SAID WOULD HAVE TO BE BROKEN FOR THE COUCH TO COME IN. WE HAD APPROACHED MITCHELL GOLD WITH OUR CONCERNS EARLIER ON IN THE WEEK AND THEY'D ASSURED US IT WOULD BE FINE (AFTER WE GAVE ALL MEASUREMENTS....) EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH WAS NICE ENOUGH, JUST NO ONE EVER KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED AND BOUGHT A COUCH FROM THEM.
