They were nice guys, and were able to fix issue. I didn't mind at all them showing up a little late, but I was still charged me from the time they were supposed to be here not when they started. Kept making "trips to the truck" - completely understand that the small job (new wax ring) would be stretched out to an hour (which is totally fair), but I was floored when they charged me two hours for an hour and 20 minutes. Claimed they showed at 7:30, but I had missed call from their arrival via the building buzzer at 8am.

The problem was identified quickly and repaired. I had great confidence in the experience and knowledge of the technician.

They are not cheap but they are fantastic to work.? They come right away if you have an emergency.? They clean up well after themselves and take everything away?for you.

I was out of town and contacted Micci on Wednesday when my tenant called to say the hot water was not working. She was only home after 3pm on Thursday, so Micci said they would send someone over after that time. No one came over and I had to coordinate with the emergency night time person. He made it to the Property at 9pm and determined that yes the water heater needed to be replaced; he turned off the water in the meantime. 
Next, I rescheduled someone to be at the Property 2 days later when I would be home, early Friday morning. Micci was timely and efficient with the replacement on Friday.
I wish they had discussed any options I might have to replace with an energy efficient water heater and be able to capitalize on mass save rebates. etc. I wasn't aware of any until afterwards. For the price I paid, a rebate would have helped and been good for the environment.

Micci fuel always made sure there was heating oil throughout the winter and responded several times to complaints from tenants about issues with heat.  Were always easy to reach and responded very quickly to problems with the old boiler. 

No problem at all - work was done on time.

They do work for me all the time. They are fast. They've come 7 days a week and today is the last day. They are very reliable. They are honest. If you have no heat and you call them they'll come straight away.

The workers arrived on time. They brought with them the interior fire lining we had earlier agreed they should order. (They had come earlier to expect the problem). Work was efficiently done. While the burner was open they called me downstairs to show me where water was leaking inside. (It was good to actually seen the problem.) They also cleaned the flue, replaced a couple filters. In about 2.5 hours the job was done and they left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. It was clear by the manner in which they spoke and their efficiency that they knew their craft well.

AS FAR AS PROFESSIONALISM IS CONCERNED, I GIVE THE SERVICE DEPARTEMNT AN F, BUT THE PLUMBERS AN A. PRICE WAS PART OF A SERVICE CONTRACT.
