Salesperson was helpful but not too pushy. It did feel like we were being steered toward the more expensive mattresses. Also, her explanations of the differences between the mattresses did not make a lot of sense. But, we found a mattress that seemed comfortable to us and was in our price range. They were able to deliver it the day we wanted it delivered. And when the box spring would not make it up our stairs, they were able to deliver a split foundation 2 days later, with no extra delivery charge, although the split foundation itself was another $90 beyond what we had paid for the box spring. One thing we didn't notice until after we bought the mattress at their "Mix and Match" sale price that you hear advertised on the radio all the time, is that the "Mix and Match" price was only $100 below the regular price, not that much of a discount considering that some mattress stores were having 50% off sales that Memorial Day weekend. Delivery of split foundation was an hour late.
