BEWARE - DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRENDOUS HOSPITAL. DO NOT GO TO SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE MEDICAL CENTER IN NASHUA NH WHICH IS AN AFFILIATE OF MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL HOSPITAL. Worst ER experience of my life. I have been to many "third world countries" and the health care I received there was so much better than the dreadful health care I received at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua - how is this place allowed to lawfully operate? Will someone please audit / investigate this hospital. The staff was constantly swearing and complaining about all the patients. They were even laughing at and making fun of a younger man that was brought in for mental health issues. It is run like a prison with the "you are the prisoner we are the correctional officers in charge mentality". I never experienced such unprofessional behavior in any hospital setting I have been in. The intake person from ACCESS was a total joke - she was abrasive and rude from the start - someone in that position should have some compassion, some empathy - but she had none. How she has a job as the first line of mental health care for individuals in dire situations is appalling and dangerous. As I laid in the ER for hours and hours in the hallway I watched the unprofessional interactions between the doctors, nurses, security, and other staff. This place needs to be under investigation. I was so upset by what I witnessed that I asked to be discharged - but the smug nurse told me that only the ACCESS intake person can discharge me and it was decided that I had to wait until the morning to speak with the "psychiatric team" before being discharged - no exceptions. A few minutes later I asked the same smug nurse if I could see the doctor because my kidney stones were bothering me - I had mentioned that I had a very large stone in my left kidney. Within 30 minutes of asking to see the doctor about my kidney stone they discharged me - the doctor never saw me about my kidney stone pain / issue (they 100% ignored that) and suddenly I did not have to speak with the "psychiatric team" in the morning prior to being discharged. This can only be attributed to Medicaid discrimination - if I had better insurance I am sure the doctor would have taken a look at my kidney stone situation. I will file a complaint with Medicaid over this. Stay away from this awful hospital - I could see in the time I spent there that the negative and nasty environment is encouraged and is the norm. Shame on the doctors, nurses, security, and other staff working the shift before midnight on January 28, 2021 and after midnight on January 29, 2021. Please go to Portsmouth Hospital if you need medical attention whether it is physical or mental. At Portsmouth Hospital regardless of your situation or INSURANCE they treat you with respect, dignity, and compassion.

Dr. Bowley examined me. He was very thorough. Examining my legs, feet, arms and hands. Listening to my heart. A really good exam. That is how he decided I do not have Peripheral neuropathy. which is what other Doctor's have been telling me for at least 20 plus year. So Doctor Bowley advised me to take the prescribed medicine and to see him in 3 months. Dr. Bowley has an excellent bed side manner. I would advise anyone who needs a Neurologist who specializes in Neuropathy or movement disorders to call him.

The doctor quickly looked at the MRI which indicated my husband had some cervical stenosis but the tremors were so bad we needed to deal with them first and the tremors dealt with the brain and he only deals with backs and he sent us the emergency room because it was the quickest way to get an MRI of the brain. We spent 5 hours in the emergency room we were told not to take a medication the pain center doctor gave my husband then sent us home and did not have a MRI and we were told to see a neurologist. We wait another month to get an appointment with the neurologist. She ordered a MRI of the brain and told my husband to stay on medication we were given in the emergency room. We wanted to talk to the original doctor about the MRI since we never really discussed it because of the tremors. When we called to make an appointment were told the doctor would not see us because there is nothing he can do. Since then has my husband has completed all the non surgery procedures available and hurt is lower back doing physical therapy and has pressure on a nerve in his lower back, the pain doctor ordered the MRI and gave us a referral to the neurosurgery department but we requested another doctor. We received a message in May the MGH recieved our request for an appointment but not heard anything from them. We are going to another hospital.

His bedside manner is fantastic. He is personable. He is knowledgeable and his follow-up is fantastic. I've referred maybe three, four, five people to him. He is one of the only people that I will refer.

The staff is great. They did blood work almost immediately upon arrival (we were early). They brought us in at the scheduled time. The appointment was right to the point. Scheduling a follow up appointment was easy.

Dr. Weaver, who was at Brigham and Women's, not Mass General as indicated by the Fruit Street address on Angie's List, was excellent. He looks at the whole picture, not just the broken bones. He was extremely patient, explained things clearly, answered all our questions without rushing us, and presented risks and potential benefits. He did NOT pressure for surgery (my understanding is that many surgeons ignore the data and push for surgery in most cases, perhaps as some sort of ego boost). In my relative's case, the data said that the bones would heal about the same whether the surgery was done or not. He even took the time (!!) to write out a list of (non-surgical, rehab) measures my relative should have at the rehab center so that we would have a written record in case Medicare tried to avoid paying. Exceptional. Ultimately we came back and revisited the possibility of surgery, and Dr. Weaver recommended a specialist colleague. His office staff and assistant/intern were also excellent.

We just started with him because I have a newborn; I have a six-week old. We had to actually switch pediatricians because we moved. I have had a little bit of interaction with him. But so far, his bedside manner has been great. So far, he has been really thoughtful with his medical advice as well. He has been trying to listen to our questions. We've only worked with him for about six weeks now. We haven't had too many interactions with him yet. But so far, he has been very responsive. He is also very kind and very thoughtful with his medical advice. His facility is very neat, clean and professional. They are pretty up to date.

The surgery on my left rotation cuff left my right hand numb. I ended up having to have two surgeries after that to fix the issues it caused in my right arm.

I feel great. I would definitely give him all A-pluses and recommend him to other people and his office staff is all terrific too. They are really nice and helped me sort out my insurance stuff. The surgery was a complete success and that is important. Back surgery is all he does and he is very professional. He took me in on a Saturday and I was very impressed. I got an infection and so I got turned over to Infectious Disease doctor because it was the priority to get rid of the infection. The folks at the infectious disease department at the MAS General were very good and very nice too. The billing and administration was really nice; they were good.

It's a huge group. All my referrals would be through them. I liked the idea of having a doctor who's affiliated with one of the top hospitals in the country. That was really the big thing for me. Through that, I can have the best medical care out there. I just liked the idea of all the doctors that I have seen and all the various specialists I've had are under one umbrella. I don't have to bring my medical records from one person to the next person. They all have access to my medical records. It's a lot of convenience. The office environment is very nice. Their punctuality is very nice especially if I come early. Sometimes I wait in the waiting room for the long time. Oftentimes I get in 10 minutes early and I get seen early. They have the patient gateway which is a platform where they can put your lab results online. It's a nice place where I can pay my bills and where I can see my lab results as well as make my appointments. It's convenient.

Dr. Grocela was wonderful to work with -- very funny, very reassuring, and willing to listen. He worked with me on a treatment plan that accommodated my concerns, and I left quite satisfied with the appointment.

I see Dr. Pulliam at the MGH office in Danvers. I've been seeing her for about 9 months now. I like her very much. She always takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. And I have a lot of questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Uno-Gynecologist.
