Overall, I was very satisfied with my agent's work and will contact him again if I choose to put my condo back on the market. It's helpful that Gibson is large enough so their agents can cross-sell if needed and are very knowledgeable about the Metro Boston market.

Marty and Bob sold our condo in 5 days. Even though our place is nice, it is a slow time in the market. That didn't stop Marty from strategically pricing our condo and getting a frenzy of interest. We ended up with a lot more than our asking price. The buyer is happy to get a great unit.
