It is with great confidence that I am recommending our Realtor, Mark Strickland and his Team at Keller Williams. We never thought we would be back to the Mark Strickland Team so soon to sell our newly designed and published home on Commonwealth Ave. It was with heavy hearts that my husband and I called Mark during a depressing economy and explained that we needed to sell our lovely home in the Back Bay. Mark was supremely professional and gentle. He immediately presented real estate comps for us to best set the price to sell. Mark and his team member Tread Strickland then went about marketing our property very creatively in the very latest style that included our own custom website and even a U-Tube video. This was in addition to holding traditional Sunday Open Houses with a mortgage professional on-site until it sold! I think what sets Mark and Tread apart from their real estate peers is their consistent attentiveness to detail and a sensitivity to the stress that?s often associated with relinquishing a cherished home. This made the selling process much easier than it might otherwise have been. If I had a question they were always back to me with a thorough answer within an hour at most. Both of them are by nature extremely professional and warm. This was a tender situation and their genuine caring made the process much easier than it otherwise would have been. Incidentally, they sold our condo in a sluggish fall market at a profit - after only two years of ownership. The Mark Strickland Team is the best!
