Marcella was highly professional, offered great customer service and was an excellent communicator. In fact, of the 3 agents we interviewed, she was the only one to show up prepared. Her comps were spot on and we sold our property in less than 3 weeks. The transaction went very smoothly. Furthermore, she understands that this process is stressful for both buyers and sellers!!! Overall, our experience working with her was extremely positive.
