Bouchra does a great job cleaning our apartment every other week. The counter tops and floors are always done very well and she will change the sheets too. She provides excellent service and helps us keep our home tidy. I'm happy to have Bouchra back for another year!

My favorite day of the week is Tuesday night after Bouchra has cleaned my apartment, its always in the best shape possible and clothes and dishes are put away. Along with other places she cleans I have absolutely no complaints when she visits to clean and never have. If i could have them visit everyday I would. As long as Maidpro and Bouchra are near my place of resident I will be having them clean it. Thanks -Patrick

Our cleaner for the past several years (Elba) is excellent. It is refreshing to walk in after she's been here. She is consistent and thorough. I've met get few times that I have been home when she's arrives, and she appears professional and kind. MaidPro has been flexible overall with our services - we have had them skip one bedroom most cleanings but they are happy to add it on with an email notice. I wish the company allowed for add-ons like dishwasher emptying or laundry (not that other cleaning services that we've had do allow this, but it'd be nice). At this stage, Elba knows better than me where everything goes so she could handle it. The one negative is the cleaning when a sub for Elba has been sent has been inconsistent. One time I met the woman when I was on maternity leave and she was not professional, reeked of smoke, did a bad job. This has happened a handful of time over years so not too bothersome.

I've had MaidPro for about two years. My usual cleaner was very good but even she gets sick or takes a vacation (possibly). Every time I have someone other than the usual cleaner, things go south. In the past I have requested a refund due to terrible cleans. Things like dirty rags used to clean left in the sink, furniture moved around to the point of being several feet from the starting point. My most recent clean last week was the last straw. I was traveling during the week and left the house's central a/c at 76F. A fairly comfortable range for a person to clean. She cleaned on Tuesday and I came home Thursday night. The house was nearly 68F in both zones as the cleaner had turned down the a/c on both floors. This during temperatures well into the 90s each day. Add to that, it was pretty clear she didn't even bother to clean one of the toilets. I called their number and left a message to cancel. I then get an email from Jackie Santos, their Asst. Manager asking all kinds of questions. I respond to the email and the email doesn't even go through and I get a undelivered message. I send it again and I guess it finally got delivered. I called this morning, on a Monday, and got Jackie on the phone. She clearly didn't want me to cancel as I have been a customer for nearly two years. I told her I was done and if the Manager wanted to call, feel free. I keep my house clean and clear all the countertops in the kitchen and the bath to make everything easier for the cleaner. The Assistant Manger was no help. Luckily for them, I don't have time to take them to small claims court for the difference in the my monthly electric bill that their employee ran up having the a/c compressor running constantly for two+ days.

I haven't cancelled yet. But we are on the edge. I came on to Angie's to scout replacements.
Our regular Maid, who has been reasonable and reliable, although not perfect, has been out for several weeks now. If she doesn't reappear and we don't see good work in two weeks I'm through...
The replacement team has been atrocious.  I'm home for the cleaning and attempting communication is impossible ad there seems to be a requirement that maids do not speak English...
Here is how the last weeks have gone... Before service was ok, now attrocious...
- Demanding I call the service to add more time and a higher pay a higher rate while working slow and taking phone calls. Against their policy. Took four hours, was randomly cleaning walls at one point...
- Trash not taken out.
- Not following checklist.
- Skipped vacuuming completely one week
- Verbally pointing out the tip envelope
If this review was solely based on the past two months, it would be a lot lower.
When they were vacuuming they didn't empty the container.
We haven't cancelled yet because we have been promised a return to normal...  We'll see what happens.

They have been doing a good job. It was an indirect interaction because I did not see the woman that cleaned as she had the keys to my house. However, we exchanged notes back and forth. Her name was Maria and she was good. I remember that I had their bill and the original agreement that I had signed at my house but I don?t remember if I put the payment on my credit card. She would come for three or four hours every other Tuesday and the price could be between $150 and $180. I thought that there was some variability in the staff because Maria was assigned to me originally and we had a chance to talk about everything as to how the house should be clean. They have always done a fantastic job. But, when she was on a vacation, things were not bad and it was of the same standards. Things were quite as clean as they could have been but I could tell the difference from how Maria cleaned. I did not know as to who the filling people were and whether or not they were new but there was some variability in the back up staff. Overall, I have been very pleased with the experience. If I have to go back to when I hired them, my first interaction with them was a telephonic interview. They interviewed me about the apartment and what I liked or disliked. They also asked me about what I and my wife wanted in terms of the cleaning person. It was for twenty minutes and it was very good as that was a great idea. They then set up the pricing and the schedule based on my needs. They did a one trial run to see as to how I liked it. I actually liked it. They made sure that I was there so that I could meet Maria. It was not like that we agreed for the work that she could do the work on her back. We set it up that she could come every Tuesday and I supplied some basic things like broom, mop and a vacuum cleaner but she would bring all the other supplies on her own. They called themselves the green company because their supplies were totally good for the environment. She not only did a great job of cleaning but she would clean up very well after herself by taking things out like the left over's or rags. She would bring a bag and take all the things out, which was very nice of her to do that. She has not broken anything because I have had other people that broke things. She was clean but was not rough with the things. I thought that they were a bit expensive than what I have paid in the past but they were value for money. Their staff manager would call me to make sure that things were going fine. Also, the owners called once or twice to check in. I thought that it was very cool. They not only had good service but their internal supervisory of the staff and all the sides of the quality control were good too. It showed that they cared. Also, I would leave feedbacks in the form of little notes and I could send that in every time to the quality control. They tried to make sure that everyone was as happy as they possibly could be. Maria would come in around 09:00 am and would leave around noon. I have never been there when she came.

We have been very pleased. The person who has been coming is great. I would perhaps prefer that they give you a definite appointment time rather than a window of time. However, it has worked out well and we have been delighted with the staff.

I love them. I like that they have a 49-point checklist so I know exactly what they are doing and I can hold them accountable. When I first began using them, the person who came out didn?t do everything, so I could point out the points on the checklist he was missing. When he still did not do everything on the list, I had a way to go to the office and point out what he was missing. They sent someone else, who is now doing a wonderful job. I have been very happy and will continue to use them.

At first I was very happy just to be having someone cleaning my home but after a few visits I realized my home was never getting all that clean. Walking barefoot right after a cleaning my feet were still picking up a lot of dirt from the floors. The tub and shower often still felt soap-scummy after the cleaning. They did not clean well in corners, behind or under furniture, didn't dust much (even though they promise not to dust around things but to really pick them up and dust under them), and rarely ever stayed the full length of time that I was being billed for. If they had stayed the full time and just couldn't do as deep a cleaning as I had wanted, that would be one thing. But to leave 45 minutes early when there is clearly more work that could be done is not reasonable in my opinion. I had regular phone and email exchanges with the management about my dissatisfaction, making detailed notes about exactly what I wanted to see done differently, and it never made a difference. The women who came (it wasn't always the same one, though it was often the same woman) seemed to have no idea I had made any special requests, so those long conversations were for nothing it seems.

I was using another maid service and did not like the service. I looked at Angies list and called MaidPro...plus I had heard of them before. They asked me a bunch of questions about my home and gave me a quote over the phone. They came to my home the next day. Everything was done as discussed. They didn't change the price on me and did what they said they would do. The girl who cleaned knew what she was doing and seemed to work very hard. She got the details but did so within the time allowed. I signed up for service every other week and am so looking forward to it.... I hate cleaning. :-)

They came out three different times, each and every time I was unhappy with their work. There was things left dirty after they left. On two of the visits they ended up breaking stuff. The young girl they had sent seemed to have no interest in cleaning a house the right way, she seemed more concerned about leaving. She took a vacuum up my stairs and all the way up she hit the wall leaving marks all the way up. When I called and talk to them about this they told me they would not give me my money back, all they wanted to do was send someone else out to clean but with what I had already seen of the company I was not taking that chance.

We have worked with different contractors for many kinds of jobs and had always had good relationships with them. We have also had different cleaners over the years. Our experience with Maidpro was truly terrible and we hope that anyone reading this will use real caution before hiring them. The problem was not the cleaner -- he was adequate -- but the persistently rude behavior of the office manager. For example, we called at one point to ask if it might be possible at any point to move our regularly scheduled appointment in the afternoon to the morning, and the manager, whose initials are SR, was insulting about the impossibility of that ever happening. When I explained that the lateness of the arrival the cleaner was causing many family problems for us -- including interrupting dinner and so forth -- he became even more intransigent. Later we found that we had been charged twice for the same visit and it took more unpleasant conversations to clear this up. The man just isn't cut out for customer service and I am afraid that others customers will find this out the hard way, as we did. I hope the franchise owner takes some steps to improve this system.

I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS NOW AND IT IS VARIABLE. MOST RECENTLY THE WOMAN WHO COMES REGULARLY IS DONE WITH MY 2 1/2 BATHROOM, 1900 SF CONDO IN AN HOUR. IF THE WORK WAS WELL DONE, I WOULDN'T MIND THAT SHE DID IT SO QUICKLY. HOWEVER, COBWEBS ARE LEFT BEHIND. TABLES ARE UNDUSTED. SHOWER STALLS ARE NOT CLEANED. THE RUGS ARE NOT VACUUMED THOROUGHLY. I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SERVICE.

THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANING MY HOUSE FOR ABOUT 5 OR 6 YEARS. THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE IS VERY VARIABLE DEPENDING ON WHO COMES. I HAD ORIGINALLY ASKED THAT THEY SEND THE SAME PEOPLE, BUT THAT DIDN'T LAST LONG. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE HAD TO CALL NUMEROUS TIMES TO REQUEST THAT THEY LINE MY BATHROOM WASTE BASKETS WITH PLASTIC BAGS, AND DO PERIODIC COBWEB SWEEPING. THEY DO IT FOR AWHILE AND THEN STOP AND I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN. THE LAST TIME THIS HAPPENED I ASKED IF HE HAD RECORDS IN MY FILE ABOUT THESE REQUESTS AND THEY WERE NOT THERE SO IT ISN'T SURPRISING THAT IT DOESN'T GET PASSED ALONG TO ALL OF THE CLEANERS. I WOULD HAVE TO RATE THEIR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS AND QUALITY CONTROL AS LOW. THEY ALSO CAN'T GIVE A SOLID TIME THAT THEY WILL BE COMING. WHICH IS A PROBLEM FOR ME BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THEM COMING AFTER MY KID IS HOME FROM SCHOOL ALONE IN THE AFTERNOON. I DON'T WANT HER IN THE HOUSE WITH STRANGERS. ON THE GOOD SIDE THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING WHEN I CALL.
