VERY NICE & VERY EFFICIENT. THE SALES PERSON REPLACED THE LINKS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES AS WELL AS THE BATTERY, ADJUSTED THE TIME AND DATE, AND THEN CLEANED MY RINGS AND EARRINGS AT NO CHARGE (GOOD SALES TACTIC).
