LILYS CORRECT CARPET AND ORIENTAL RUG CLEANING

I wish I could give Jonathan and his team an A++. Lily's cleaned a Veterans Center in Fairhaven, MA. The methods and practices that Lily's employs ensures that the Veterans are not exposed to irritants and allergens that are present in many cleaning products. There was no odor in any of the offices or common areas during and after the job was completed.
The crew was professional and took care with all of the furniture and electronics in the building. In addition to the carpet we had an oriental area rug that was thoroughly cleaned. I had never seen anything as detailed as the way the fringes on the rug were individually cleaned. Their workmanship impressed the office manager and staff. I will contract with them again and again and again.

Both times, they did a great job. We scheduled on email. They showed up on time, were professional, and even took on an extra cleaning job nearby (un-carpet-related). Because of the process, the carpets were a bit wet at the end -- you should plan to have a fan if they're in an enclosed space, which we didn't anticipate. In both case's we've dealt directly with the owners of the business.

Everything was great. Lily's was very responsive and very easy to work with. I really appreciate that their services are non-toxic and eco-friendly.

Two men arrived on time and brought their extensive rug shampooing equipment --- no harsh chemicals, very green! They washed the rug on the floor. There was no mess. The rug didn't seem that dirty to start with; however the dirty water when they finished showed otherwise. The price was $55 and we gave a $10 tip.

They were professional and timely. They did a great job. The overall experience was good.
