Wayne is very nice and considerate. He was a nice fellow to deal with. I felt like I was dealing with a very honest man. He went above and beyond helping move furniture that a tenant had left and taking some things to donation. He was very conscientious about getting it to the charity. He would change his schedule when I needed within reason.
