One of the owners of Landry and Arcari came to our home in the evening to perform the measurements in order to accommodate our busy work schedules. He was thorough in explaining the process of laying the stair runner: it required custom-fitting because the stairs were wider at the bottom.
We were comfortable with his explanations and decided to use this company rather than another in the industry. After purchasing the carpet, the scheduling for the laying of the carpet required a few back and forth emails on our part to our contact with the company. This person apologized for not letting us of when to expect the delivery and installation because of being out of the office to attend to personal affairs.
The resulting work is very good. It required artwork and careful attention to detail to make the pattern flow during its descent down the staircase.
Thus, this company is the one to use if one has an older home in which the dimensions are not standard.
