He did a good job getting all of the work done on time. We ran into a problem with the tenant and he was able to work around their schedule. I certainly got what I paid for. The quality of the work was about average. He was not fantastic, however he was able to meet my time requirements and get the work done. Depending on the work I would use him again in the future.
