Key Credit Repair

Key Credit is a waste of money. They are paid monthly so have no reason to clean up your credit quickly. Key Credit RUINED my credit and caused me going on 2 months of aggravation. They have yet to refund me any money for destroying my credit. They are the direct result of my not being approved for a mortgage and losing out on a new house. The process is: They dispute every item on your account over and over until the account is removed form your credit report. They lie to the creditors and report that you see fraud on your account. This results in a dispute on your account. When you have a dispute on your account it cannot be factored into your score and "supposedly" raises your credit score. In my case it actually lowered my score by 85 points.. I was also not aware (either they did not tell me or I missed it) that if you apply for a mortgage and I assume a car loan, personal loan etc. no one will give you one until you remove every dispute on your account. In my case 31 accounts had disputes on them. When I called Key Credit they told me it was easy to have them removed and it will take 3 days but I had to do it. This is also a lie. I have had to call each of the 3 credit bureaus 1 time per day at a minimum, sometimes 3-4 times a day to ensure I am speaking to someone who knows what I am talking about and will take the correct action. Not to mention calling each credit and loan company multiple times to ask them to fax, mail and directly request that the dispute be removed. Sometimes a few times bc the credit bureaus have not received the letters etc. 1 month later I am STILL trying to have them removed . Since I have had many removed my score has increased by 80 points and I expect it to further increase. To add to the frustration the ONLY account they had in removed is my current Mortgage. As a result even with the disputes from my credit reports I will still not be able to get a new mortgage or refinance until my current mortgage is back on my account. Since this can take up to 3 months to get back on I am paying a lawyer to handle this so I am out even more money. This company is a joke. Please, please stay away!!! There are reputable companies who will help you effectively repair your credit legally and without lies. Key credit is not one.
