Kevin showed up on time for every meeting and was at our house every day at 7. He answered his phone every time it rang and was a pleasure to work with. He was in regular contact by email with status updates. We weren't living at the house at the time and would only drop by every few days. We never had to worry - Kevin was on top of everything and everyone. He organized all of the subcontractors to make the most of the time and complete the job efficiently.
In terms of budget, his estimate also came in below the other three contractors we spoke with. He was on budget with everything and updated us on the change orders on a regular basis so there were no surprises.
He cleaned up after himself every day and at the end of the job so the house never felt too dusty.
Kevin used to be part of a large contracting operation and recently went solo. He provides personalized attention and is meticulous in his work. He takes the job very seriously (you never feel like you're a and quot;small joband quot;) and is very accomodating.
We are so pleased with our new bathroom and our new house. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone considering a big or small renovation.
