What started out as a positive experience ended in a disaster. Mike replaced our AC unit but a few days later one of our bedrooms flooded out with an inch of water (the unit was in the closet). After spending thousands of dollars cleaning up the mess I tried to have a reasonable conversation with Mike to explain my frustration but his message to me was more or less "not my problem". I've also been following up with him for weeks trying to get a final invoice but he's been unresponsive. After doing some research its clear that my experience is not unique and I should have done a better job selecting a contractor. Steer clear of this guy before its too late.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service
We paid Kellz $7000 to replace our air conditioner by a certain date. Rather than admit they failed we were told it was done. It was not and still isn't. Their excuse is that they were barred from the house which they were for some weeks while we were out of the country. But now we're back and the bottom line is we still don't have air conditioning three months after paying for it.
