He did a good job and I would certainly call him again if I needed my piano tuned. He always came on time and he was great. I liked him. The price would go up a little every year like things do, but it seemed reasonable to me.

I HAVE HAD JIM TUNE MY PIANO FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW AND HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME, ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, AND DOES A TERRIFIC JOB. ON ONE OCCASION, WHEN MOVERS HAD DINGED UP MY PIANO IN THE MOVING PROCESS, HE REPLACED SOME PARTS AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
