"Jackie, Please note that when I spoke to your partner I mentioned that we were completely booked and would try to squeeze you in and because of our overload we suggested that he reach out to other companies, but he called us back and we came to an agreement as it was post-construction cleaning that seemed urgent, therefore, we opted to go in late afternoon which was the only availability we had at the time that also covered your scheduling needs. Although the cleaning was post-construction, it also included the detailing of a significant amount of items in a closet along with several other items and areas. These were all considered when putting the proposal together which you both approved. I truly believe that if we'd had the time to talk before the job maybe you would have felt differently, but I mostly spoke to your partner. Also note that post construction cleanings are extremely detailed, time consuming and labor intensive, more so than regular cleanings, hence the cost.
