Came quickly replaced igniter. Offered 4 months warantee on parts and service. Broiler now works

I've had multiple repairs on this ice maker, both under warranty and after warranty. None held. I called JALL Appliance last week and made and appointment with Leudy. He didn't show, but called a couple of days later and explained that he had a family emergency. Then, he showed up at my house on a Sunday afternoon to repair the ice maker. Sunday afternoon. He took the unit apart, explained why the design was bad, showed me every working part, explained what he was doing and why and completed the job. He called me this morning to make sure that the unit was producing ice. Great service, very professional. I highly recommend him.

It was great! He came quickly, diagnosed the problem, got the refrigerator/freezer going again. It looks like I may need a part to keep it going permanently, so he is looking into the cost of that for me. I will definitely call him whenever I need appliance repair!
