Would give Nick at JM Mechanical 5+ stars. My year old Nest home thermostats weren't communicating properly with the boiler to turn the heat back on after National Grid performed a routine maintenance check. JM Mechanical showed up same day and fixed the problem pretty immediately. Great, personal guy, really knows his stuff.

Joe was a true pleasure to work with. He showed up right on time and was happy to help me right away. He made sure the heating system was serviced and running properly and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I was very happy to have the job done fast and cost effectively

A family member that had used them recommended them to me. The follow up service has been lousy. I would not recommend them to anybody and I would not use them again. I have to find another plumber since they have been so non-responsive.

J M Mechanical stands behind their work. One of the best things about them is that they offer same day or next day service. Their customer service is excellent and they always return calls quickly. They aren't the cheapest, but they aren't the priciest either. I can't remember accurately enough what this price was.
