We feel fortunate to have found this creative and knowledgeable team! They provided architectural services and supervised construction for a condo renovation in Brookline. Top-notch service from start to finish. Martin created three options at different price points and worked with us to customize a perfect design for our needs and relatively limited budget. They did a beautiful job at a reasonable price and referred us to an excellent builder. Great experience and superior service overall.

Good ideas, very enthusiastic. Created good designs for us. Very helpful in getting us started. Gave us options for getting the project done at a lower cost by using them for project management along with our own time supervising the subcontractors, but ultimately we were not confident that it would cost us less overall in the end than if we went with a general contractor. We are still interviewing contractors and trying to come up with a plan and cost that is acceptable. The only reason we have not moved forward with IC for project management is that we can easily see their hourly rates blowing our budget in no time.

I was very impressed with Innovative Collaborations, they were featured in Discovery channel and the Boston Globe however I wasn't sure if I could afford them. I wanted a very good architect, but the economic aspect of it was important to me as well. To my surprise they were extremely helpful, amazingly talented, very professional and affordable. They surpassed my expectations by far, I absolutely love their work, and the best part is that it looks stunning without costing me a fortune.
