Their services seem overpriced. I was skeptical about whether I needed them and ultimately decided to use them out of fear that something might go wrong, but $380 to install a couple detectors and hang out for half an hour to wait for the inspector to come seems rather high. They also need to work on their communication system. The main number went to voicemail for the main guy, who was out of the country for a couple weeks with no backup. They were vague about the breakdown of the cost, and not very responsive when I was trying to get a quote to have them do the common areas. Prices were very competitive but I get the sense that's because the work is done quick and cheap.
