 + -1 moreTHEY WERE UNWILLING TO MEASURE THE TWO SETS OF WINDOWS AND INSISTED THAT WE CLEAN OUR WINDOWS PRIOR TO PROVIDING A QUOTE. I TOLD HIM IT WAS INCONVENIENT FOR ME TO KEEP TRYING TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS AND IF HE COULD TAKE THE MEASUREMENTS, WE WOULD CLEAN THE WINDOWS AND LET HIM KNOW WHICH ONES REQUIRED REPLACING. HE COULD THEN PROVIDE A WRITTEN QUOTE OR REVISE ANY WRITTEN QUOTE BASED ON THIS. HE WAS TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE AND RUDE. ELAINE (THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONES) CONTINUOUSLY RE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS (ABOUT 6 TIMES) FOR THE QUOTE TO BE DONE DUE TO 'OTHER EMERGENCIES'. RUDE AND BAD SERVICE. NO QUALITY WHATSOEVER.
Description of Work: NEVER USE HARVARD GLASS - THEY WERE AWFUL. WE SCHEDULED 6 TIMES FOR SOMEONE TO PROVIDE A QUOTE TO REPLACE GLASS FAILED SEALS ON OUR WINDOW UNITS. THEY ONLY CAME EVENTUALLY.
