Auto Glass
I was referred to Ideal Glass by Lexus of Watertown, my car dealer.
Ideal in turn referred me to Glass Technology and in a phone
conversation it was determined that I could repair my windshield rather
than replace it. I made an appointment for the next morning between 9
and 10am at my home. Peter Jones called at approximately 8:15 indicating
that he was en route and would arrive at approximately 9am. He did
arrive around that time and proceeded to fix the chip in my windshield.
The service took 30 or 40 minutes including the time that he took to
help me file an insurance claim over the phone. The whole cost of the
repair was covered by my insurance so there was no need to offer a
credit card or make any initial payment.
