Subject: Frustration and Disappointment with GE Stove – Seeking Resolution I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with both GE and the technician sent to assess my stove. I have communicated with Rhonda, Adrian, and Kelly Johnson regarding my concerns, but I feel unheard and unsatisfied with the resolution offered. The stove is only three months old, and I have used it solely for regular cooking, including frying food. Despite this, I am already experiencing issues. The technician who came to inspect the appliance noted the problem but stated that the ceramic part is not covered by GE. If I’m already seeing wear and damage this early on, I worry about the stove’s durability over time. Rhonda sent me a cleaning kit that included a metal brush, but using it on the already-scratched surface would likely cause further damage. Additionally, the back burner is smaller, and the screw is visible, making it appear as though food debris is stuck, even after cleaning. I was advised to replace the stovetop, but at my own expense, which I find unacceptable for a relatively new appliance. This is not the level of service I expected as a loyal GE customer. I am seeking a fair resolution, whether it be a replacement stovetop or another appropriate solution that acknowledges the premature issues with this product. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter.
