Our apartment at 33 Delle Ave was managed by Patrick Millane and this guy is one whack job. Do not follow the reviews you read here or anywhere else, they have all been doctored for him. We rented the apartment for a year (2017-18) and kept it completely clean and notified him of any issues that we saw just so that he wouldn't blame it on us at the end of lease period and deduct money from our Deposit amount. Not only did he do that, but posted extra charges on us such as $1400 for paint job, $900 for bed bugs AMONGST other heavy charges. This was hillarious because, the apartment was never painted before we moved in, so he essentially got a free paint job ripped off of us, and we never had bed bugs for 12 months of our stay (if we'd had that, wouldn't have we said anything about it to him?), his new tenants complained about that a month AFTER they moved in. Guess who brought the bed bugs? THEM, and he charged us for that. He charged us for cleaning the apartment THRICE which costed us $350 every time, why? because he THOUGHT the apartment was too dirty. We are students who cannot afford loosing $2750 and this is what we got for behaving and trying to keep the apartment clean because we needed the deposit back. Guess what, he isn't replying to emails, doesn't have guts to get on a call and face us the apartment owner is also least interested to look into this. We are SUING him and this company and highly advice you to all stay away from renting with them. Lawyers are working on this case currently. Thanks Patrick Millane, you played well man. It's our chance now.

I own a 3-family building in the Mission Hill section of Boston and live out of state. After going through multiple other local property management companies with little long term success, I was very happy to come across Patrick Millane at Gateway Property Management. Patrick has been very responsive regarding any issues that come up in the building and communicating with with me regarding rent collection. I found Gateway's contractor prices to be very reasonable compared to other company's I have worked with in the past. Can not recommend Patrick and Gateway enough......very happy with their services and feel like my investment property is in good hands!!
