GARY DWYER

After talking with a few real estate agents, we were convinced that going with a buyer's only agent was the way to go, we went with Gary Dwyer and we are so happy we did. He helped us with EVERYTHING and the whole experience was great. The first meetings in his office were devoted to explaining the process and answering all our questions. We went to a lot of open houses by ourselves and Gary set up appointments to see places that were not having open houses or for second viewings. He managed to schedule quite a few visits per day, and his insight was invaluable but he never said "you should do this or that". Even though we took a long time and saw many places, we never felt any pressure on his part, even though he would obviously not make any money until we bought. When we made an offer, we had learned so much from him that we felt very comfortable with it. He was great at walking us through the process, nine months later we look back at our first home purchase as a great experience.
