We have used Ford plumbing numerous times in the past for our small condo building. Dan seems to be the best person to deal with at the company. He has always been on target and professional. Price seemed OK- the average going rate.
Fast forward to two days ago when there was a heat issue in the biulding. \Mr. Ford himself showed up. He was very rude and unprofessional towards the person renting the downstairs unit where the building's boiler is located. The fix was fairly simple but not something she knew about and he treated her like an idiot. The bill came to 145.00 for what was essentially a few minutes work of work. And to top it all off, shortly after Ford left, the heating system experienced horrific banging and clanging like never before - requiring the other renter (husband now home) to fix the system which he did eventually do (after yet another episode of clanging that awoke them at 1 a.m.). I contacted the company with concerns about the rudeness and the clanging only to have Ford call me back and leave a very gruff message. He also called back the husband at work and had the gall to accuse him of sabotaging the system after he left. Really?
Conclusionand gt; will only use Ford again if no other company is available/suitable and only if serviced by Dan. We have
literally spent thousands at Ford Plumbing and it is due to poor customer service that they are losing a good client.

Excellent! I called in a panic - they were prompt, reassuring and professional.

The work has held up nicely. I am very satisfied. They showed up on time and got the work done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them.

This was a saga. These guys were fantastic in sticking with us through an ordeal, coming out numerous times, late at night during the holidays. The furnace is 15 years old and has been pretty much trouble free except for replacing the heat exchanger 10 years ago. The company that installed it replaced it. It was under warrantee . But when we lost heat one night, I called these guys and they came right over replaced a part and we were good for day. It failed again. They came back. After some more trials it was determined that the heat exchange had failed yet again. I called the installer and they were horrible.....get a new furnace they said. I called the manufacturer (Goodman) and got a new heat exchange and gave them an earful about the installer. The guys installed the new heat exchange and we were fine after that. I can't say enough good things about these guys. The were here when we needed them, and they explained everything to me so well....I got a tutorial on HVAC. They are my forever furnace men!!!

These guys are neat, clean and on time. If there is a problem they are so responsive. I have used them many times. If you have an emergency they are here first thing. There competitive, but worth it.
