Delivery was to be same day and if they found it was not possible, they were to call me back. I never heard back, so assumed everything went through ok. Heard from the recipient the evening of the following day and the flowers had just arrived about 30 hours late. I called to report this to 1-800-Flowers.com and they reversed the charges.

I received roses from this company last year and they were magnificent! When I received the tulips this year, they were nowhere near the quality. Realizing my daughter paid a good amount for this gift, I felt compelled to contact the company. I'm certainly glad I did! They were polite, apologetic and quick to respond. It's obvious they take pride in their product!
