Gary from Fitzpatrick Roofing Co. came and checked the roof and found no problems. He is responsive. He is very clear in his explanations. He makes sense every time he says something. His crew mostly constitutes his family. We are very happy with his service. I would recommend him. I will use them again Fitzpatrick Roofing Co. in the future if required.

Gary and his crew arrived when they said they would, kept us informed of how the job was going, and cleaned up after themselves. The repairs came out great. I would recommend him and will use him again.

Gary returned my calls in a timely fashion and was able to meet me before I left for work to look at the interior where the leak was. He came back with a ladder while I was at work, did a minor repair which he wouldn't take money for. He didn't see anything major wrong with the roof; hopefully the leak was a fluke! I like Gary's philosophy, which is, in part, that you shouldn't tell people they need to spend a million dollars right away because fixing problems as they come up will work if you don't have the dough to do the entire project at once. When I can afford to replace the roof completely I will certainly call Gary!

Gary Fitzpatrick came to look over the job. He gave me a proposal which I accepted. He came to do the job with 2 helpers as soon as there was a non-rainy day. He called 20 minutes before he arrived so that I could move my car from the driveway. He showed up as planned, did the work he had proposed, checked the roof some more - found another small problem that he fixed, and then packed up and left. He left no debris behind. Altogether satisfactory.

2 days after we signed contract, Gary and his crew came in on time. There were 4 people on this small job which only took 4 hours. Their price was half what another roofer quoted. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

GARY WAS THE MOST RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL PERSON I HAVE EVER HIRED. HE KEPT ALL APPOINTMENTS, AND FOR ONE APPOINTMENT CALLED BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO BE FIVE MINUTES LATE. THE LONGEST PERIOD FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL WAS ONE DAY.
